Hollowbranch [/b] Hollowbranch smiled at her leader. Silentstar was doing better than she had thought. She rose to her paws and padded slowly after Woodstripes and Badgerface. She was glad that IvyClan would finally give FrostClan what they deserved. As they were leaving, she looked back to Silentstar. He nodded slowly. With a whisk of her tail, she plunged into the forest after her two friends. OOC: Sorry its so short. D : |

Badgerface "What a stupid plan! Do you really think that we're going to go into their plains unnoticed?" Badgerface sneered so only Woodstripe and Hollowbranch could hear. He sighed when he noticed both cats eyeing him. He knew that they knew he wouldn't do anything about it so he just gave it. He sighed, "Fine let's go." He groaned. |

Woodstripes [/b] Woodstripes flicked her tail.
"Well, if the plan works, this won't be so stupid," Woodstripes replied. "I just want to know how we'll poison it. Ah well, let's get going!"
Woodstripes led the way out, flicking her tail. She led the way. It was almost sunhigh. Woodstripes stopped, then looked around.
"It's sunhigh," Woodstripes meowed. "We should hunt now, then go later. There's sure to be a patrol out." Woodstripes went off a little from the group into the bushes. She then went into a hunting crouch, and sprang, catching a squirrel. She bit its neck hard, then picked up the prey, and brought it back to the group. |

Badgerface He bit into the squirrel. It's not his most favorite thing, but it would curb his hunger pangs. He licked his lips after he finished, then walked around. They were closer to the border than they thought. Maybe they should scoot away. He headed back to the group, but not before a loud "Stop!" from a very familiar voice. |

Stormleaf
Stormleaf sighed as Silentstar finished his speech. The Medicine Cat could see the qualities of a good leader in him, but Stormleaf disagreed with the crafty cat on many things. Death in battle, such as a bite to the spinal cord, or a slash to the neck was one thing, but this...idea...of his was akin to genocide. Stormleaf had treated many poisoned cats in his day, and would never forget the swift and painful deaths he had witnessed. He sighed again. Nothing matters as long as Ivyclan is safe, he thought, then limped to his den. May Starclan guide us...

Hollowbranch [/b] Hollowbranch sat, furious, in the middle of camp. Stormleaf had told her not to come and help with Woodstripes. He had said that she needed rest. Please! Hollowbranch was a warrior. The clan always came first. And she felt useless sitting around camp, doing nothing to help her injured friend! Besides anger at the world, Hollowbranch was incredibly worried. What if Woodstripes didn't live? What if Hollowbranch lost something she held so close to her heart...? OOC: After ya'll are done at the border, the thread needs to move back over here... :3 |

Stormleaf
Stormleaf watched Hollowbranch with a sigh. Warriors never seemed to know what was good for them. He himself felt slightly cheerful. He had made it back to camp sooner than he had thought. Maybe his crippled leg was improving after all.
Stormleaf got to his feet with a grunt, then limped over to Hollowbranch. "Woodstripes will be fine," he mewed softly. The ability to calm others was one of the most important qualities a medicine cat can have. "Don't worry." He smiled at her one more time then padded over to his den.

Badgerface Badgerface and Silentstar crept into the camp with Woodstripes between them. Hollowbranch ran to them, while they placed her on a soft bed of moss in the medicine den. Badgerface stood outside the medicine den after Hollowbranch walked in. Stormleaf told them only one visitor at a time. He still worried for her life even though she was supposed to live. |

Hollowbranch Hollowbranch watched Silentstar and Badgerface carry her injured friend into the medicine cat den. She had been slightly calmed by what the medicine cat had told her, she had complete faith in him. Hollowbranch followed them, watching Stormleaf tend to Woodstripes' wound. Hollowbranch flexed her claws into the soft earth.
FrostClan was going to pay for this. Even if her friend was going to live, they would not get away with this crime.

Badgerface Badgerface entered the medicine cats den when Stormleaf told him that he could. Badgerface walked in and saw her sleeping peacefull in the soft moss. He laid next to her, and laid his head on her paws. Waiting for her to respond with the slightest sign of health. |

Foxheart just finished making up a Dusk patrol and went to go talk to Silentstar. "Since we've located their water supply, who's going to be sent out to actually poison the river? I don't recommend those who went the first time, seeing the result." He muttered

Stormleaf
Stormleaf watched Woodstripes' rising and falling chest anxiously. It was unusual for a cat wounded like Woodstripes was to stay alseep so long. He hoped that he was doing the right thing for her. A grim smile came to his muzzle as Stormleaf remembered how nervous he had been as an apprentice around the pretty she-cat. It seemed so long from then; his ascension to the rank of a medicine cat had changed him, hopefully for the better. Stormleaf settled down into his nest, ready for the moment Woodstripes would awaken.

"I'll go later myself," he replied. "But first, we'll need to go out and find some crow-food. Killing prey and leaving it out for a while will work too. I'll take some cats later to go out and gather some, to show a proper way to collect the prey without having to touch it." |

Badgerface Badgerface glared at Silentstar. A sneer coming across is his face. If it wasn't for Silentstar's stupid plan, Woodstripes would be fine. And if he didn't take Seastar's comment wrong none of this would've happened. Of course Seastar shouldn't have told that to a new leader, I know how finicky they can be. Badgerface thought out scenarios in his head. Woodstripes alive and blaming him for her being hurt. Her dead. Her alive, they become mates and have kits, three kits, like he's always wanted. Badgerface laid his head back down on Woodstripes' front paws, and slept, until he heard a voice... |

Hollowbranch Hollowbranch overheard her leader and deputy talking about what to do next.
She cast a worried glance at the medicine cat den, then went over to her leader. "If I may say something, Silentstar, I would like to volunteer to help. FrostClan deserves punishment for what they have done to Woodstripes. I would like to help in any way I can." she dipped her head to her superiors, then prayed they would let her help. FrostClan had made a new enemy and she would not stop until they had been punished.
