This is a song I wrote. Notice the chorus and such.

It's early in the morning
The fog is dark and thick
Awaiting the jay to come on her wing
And perform her favorite trick.

The blue jay, with her wordless tune
And her priceless melody
She will brighten all our days soon
And awe us with her majesty.

It's late afternoon now
The people are silent as night.
Waiting for the skies to allow
The blue jay to take flight.

The blue jay, with her song so sweet
Brightens us every day.
But today it is incomplete.
As the jay has flown away.

It is almost dusk and
The silence is everywhere
Maybe today she has fled the land
But then suddenly, she is there.

The blue jay with her pretty tone
Has us joining in on her song
But then she flies away, leaving us alone.
Into the sky, where nothing's wrong.

But the jay will never leave
Her song has not been slain
And we must never grieve
For her loss is others' gain.

The blue jay shares her melody
With the others of the world
And in all sincerity
Her story has just unfurled.

We must pass on her song
We must keep it alive.
For she would want this to carry along
And let it live and thrive.

The blue jay passes on the song
To the rest of the world and far beyond
And so now there is no wrong
For all, the truth has dawned.

The blue jay...the blue jay...the blue jay's song...

I have a hard time getting past the happiness of this poem connected to a blue jay. -.-' lol! I like it Cooney though! So no worries! XD I'm just trying to see if there is actually a nice blue jay in this world. Blue jays are mean. O.O I'm not joking...lol!
