Eclipsekit is a mysterious cat that currently has no friends. If a cat tries to befriend her, she will ask the cat an impossible question, and if the cat cannot answer, she abandons the cat. If any cat answers correctly, Eclipsekit thinks that this cat must know everything, so she will never leave that cat's side, always asking questions and seeking knowledge until the cat abandons her. Eclipsekit's hunting skills and battle skills vary with the moon. At full moon, her senses are heightened and she is a great fighter and hunter, but at new moon, she is unfocused and could barely catch a mouse that was already dead.

description
Eclipsekit has white fur with a large and circular spot on her side that is surrounded with gray, if you look at it closely, it appears as if a black-and-white eclipse is present on her side. Her eyes are a pale lavender that appear blue at new moon, silver at full moon, and a mixture of the three on an eclipse.

history
Eclipsekit was born alone. There were no kits beside her, as her quickly opened eyes had announced. Her eyes had been dusky purple then, but she stared at an eclipse that had happened on her birth, and they turned blueish-purple, with a sparkle that showed hints of silver. After the eclipse, her eyes had stayed light from the sun's rays, and remain light to this day. Her markings of an eclipse seemed to be a warning to other cats, so they stayed away from her, making her socially awkward. She used her spare time (she had a lot of it without apprentice interruptions) to contemplate her place in the universe, and in doing so, she has learned the ultimate question of the universe, and has been seeking an answer ever since she found it. She also became slightly insane from doing so, and even more socially outcasted.
However, she has relies on her half-sister more than even her mother or father. They are inseparable, always one needing the other. She needed no question to know that her sister was a wonderful cat, it came to her naturally.
Her parents were, for the most part 'an undervalued prospect' in her life. Her father died before she was born, and her mother died from childbirth after a long and exhausting day, she was born exactly at the time of an eclipse. Mellowsky didn't exactly die when bearing her, she died a few days later, coming home from a night walk. She was a restless, but kind she-cat, and had picked up a kit from who-knows-where. The only cat that actually knew where the kit had come from, was her. Turns out -she was good at keeping secrets.
She died a few days later, the secret forever to remain, and Leopardkit and herself, Eclipsekit, were put to another queen for milk.
Still four moons old, Eclipsekit still as a lot to learn in life -like were the dirtplace is, and that the lump on the other side of the nursery is a sleeping cat that does not want to be awakened; But even as innocence doesn't last very long, Eclipsepaw is quick to get rid of it. Her time in the nursery is hollow, and usually spent by herself, independently, and occasionally by her half-sister.
He half-sister was not as of an outcast as she seemed to be, (look to Coony's bio), but she stuck by her side like spillt honey, and she grew soft and lowered her tight shield once in awhile to include her in her thoughts. She didn't care that she was born from a different litter than her, and that Mellowsky had only taken her in out of pity. It didn't matter Leopardkit's mother was a SnakeClan cat -no one noticed it much, and most cats related them as sisters instead of half sisters. Their big round violet eyes (when her eyes were violet that was) told all to the other cats -they definitely, no doubt about it, were sisters.

The sky was dark, yet, it was day. How could she know -her eyes were closed; but she knew, she could tell. Something was happening, she knew it. Gasps echoed in her ears, making her want to snuggle under her mother's pelt and block the deafening sound -but she held fast. She listened to the terrified clanmates.
"The sun, it's gone!"
"Impossible, it's probably just a big cloud.."
"Don't be mousbrained, Yellowpaw, a cloud isn't that big."
"What is it?!"
"StarClan is angry!"
"This has never happened before, it's a sign, a sign!"
"Do you think it has to do with that kit? She was, after all, born exactly at the time when it happened."
She heard a harsh voice, "Leave my kit alone! She hasn't done anything, it was just a coincidence, that's all."
"Poor thing," she heard a cat meow, "A bad omen on her only living kit -That's Mellowsky for you, always unlucky."
"Mellowsky, I must ask you to move aside so I may examine your kit," a gruff voice wheezed, "Don't worry, I won't hurt her."
Reluctantly, she felt her mother move aside. No! She was cold. She felt herself being turned over, and tried curling into a ball to keep the warmth, but the cat was strong, and she felt the cold air, hit her body with such a force that it almost knocked her unconscious. She shivered as the cat looked at her, and let out a gasp of disbelief. He shakily took her and layed her gently on her left side.
"An omen!" He stuttered, "Th-this cat, it has the mark of StarClan, Esse! A sky by the name of eclipse is marked on her side!" He held her up for them to see and she felt his disapproving gaze upon her. This cat must be watched carefully. The cat left the nursery, leaving her to feel uncared for and alone, and a question came to mind. An impossible question of which none could answer in future times. None...
Eclipsekit stretched her big violet eyes open as wide as they could. Everything seemed fuzzy, the big black thing by the side of the nursery, the thing ambling toward her, the things she was looking down at. Everything was so wondrous. Slowly, her site came into focus, and she watched her mother sleep. And yet another question flew to her mind. Thus starting her 'impossible questions of life'.
