Oh, rules. It seems that there isn't anywhere you can go without escaping them. And it looks like this is one of those place. Then again, rules are what make urban society possible.
If you break the rules, then you will be punished in a way that the staff seems fit. If you break a rule and do not agree with the way you are being punished, please tell me. I will try to fix it, or adjust the punishment. I will be neither ridiculous nor unfair whenever punishing someone. [It makes me so mad when authority is unfair, so do tell me if I am being unfair.]
I also expect for you to read the rules.
