Iceglade and Spottedwing's Practice

Spottedwing

Spottedwing took Iceglade deep into FrostClan territory. She was going to take her to the Training Hollow where the apprentices practiced their fighting skills. They came to a wide expanse of flat terrain covered in pine needles. "Okay, we'll practice here for a little bit so we don't get rusty when leaf-bare comes, and then we can hunt." Spottedwing started off, she leaped to the side of her opponent and hopped onto her back, claws sheathed. It was harder this way to stay on a moving cat. She let herself be thrown off so she could run under Iceglade's belly and pummel her with paws.

ICEGLADE

Iceglade nodded, "I'm a bit rusty alread!" she joked.
As she prepared for Spottedwing to attack, her mind wandered off to other things.
Her whole life even as a kit, her goal was one thing; protecting the clan; battiling and dodging; training and mentoring; it was getting tireing. Not that she didn't want to defend her clan, but was their more to life than just fighting? I mean, was that the whole reason be livng? To just fight for more terretory, or defend it from attacking clans? Was that life was all worth?
She was startled as Spottedwing flew on to her.
It doesn't matter, she thought, I'll think about it later...
She shook Spottedwing off easily, what was she doing? Was she going easy on her?
As Spottedwing flew off, she knelt down as to jump. As she was extending her legs, Spottedwing dived under her and knocked her off balance, plummeting her with her paws.
Nice move!
What could she do? Iceglade wasn't that heavy, so if she just let all of her weight on Spottedwing, Spottedwing would easily slip out.
She had an idea!
Iceglade, quickly let all of her weight onto Spottedwing. She heard her mrroww in laughter, this was too easy for her.
Just wait Spottedwing, Just wait!

Spottedwing

Spottedwing was caught under the light weight of Iceglade. "Oof! Iceglade!" She mrrowed her laughter and pushed her way out. Iceglade came after her but Spottedwing jumped high in the air, almost like a bird. Which is why she is named 'wing. She landed behind Iceglade's legs and nipped at her ankles. Swerved, then pinned her down and put her teeth on her neck. "Pinned ya." Spottedwing said with a mouth full of fur. She left Iceglade up only to topple over.

ICEGLADE

Iceglade was not going to give up. As soon as her back was turned, she did her move, she jumped on top of Spottedwing, and flattened her again. but this time, before she could get up, Iceglade combined two moves.
She jumped. Not as high as Spottedwing, but high enough, she had a good hold on Spottedwing without her claws, and flipped. Spottedwing flipped with her, but only two quarter of the way, and fell flat on her back while Iceglade landed safely on the ground, panting.
She went easy on Spottedwing, and Spottedwing would kill her if she said this, but that move, that move could break a cat's back; if she had put ALL of her strength behind it, Spottedwing would be dead or, if she was lucky, paralyzed!
Now she was worried, "Spottedwing?!" She meowed, "Spottedwing?!" Oh a thousand prayers to StarClan that she didn't cripple her. She wasn't strong enough in that move to kill her.....but what if she crippled her!? If Spottedwing was alive and okay, she would surely not forgive her!
"SPOTTEDWING?"
she had gone too far......

OOC: She is overreacting, that move COULD kill, but not Spottedwing, XP she's too strong!

Spottedwing

Spottedwing picked up her head. "Well you don't have to deafen me!" She said. Iceglade was making such a loud racket fussing over Spottedwing to see if she was okay. "I'm fine. I'm fine! Sheesh, you're clingy." She stated. she licked Ideglade's ear to assure her that she was okay. Spottedwing let her self be thrown without a fight because she knew that if she fought trying to get out of Iceglade's hold, that either her neck or back would be broken.

ICEGLADE
Iceglade let out a sigh of relief. That would've been awful she had broken Spottedwing's neck. She smiled, "Do you want to go hunting now, or do you want to train more?"

Spottedwing

"Let's go hunting." She stated. Within minutes of entering the evergreen forest, Spottedwing caught a woodpecker. Bird was one of her favorites. she buried it to gather up later and looked to find Iceglade stalking something.


OOC: Frostglade? You renamed your cat?! lol!
