ECHOSPIRIT
"Yep! Silentstar's decision for these friendly folks! Wonder what it's about?" Echospirit said, busrsting with curiosity just like she had when she was a kit. She smiled, and being the only one to do so, she got a few strange looks, but she didn't care. She'd always be happy.

reedtail growls at the cats " ok how bout this ". reedtail talks about her plan and finishes with . . . " what if silentstar came here to meet them then our camp wont be found and i would be satisfied". reedtail pauses in her words . . . " especially since my young kit apprentices are hurt from the last battle ". reedtail lays down her head on her paws.

Stormleaf
Stormleaf shook his head. "They already know where our camp is, they just can't find their way through the ivy without getting lost." He allowed himself a small smile at the idea. "And besides, what if there's an ambush? We're safer in camp." He paused as Reedtail finished her sentence, then laid her head on her paws. "Don't worry," he assured her. "Three against the whole IvyClan camp? Impossible!" Stormleaf narrowed his eyes into emerald slits. "Reedtail, you must stop worrying. If you aren't careful, you may be mistaken for a coward." He turned once again towards the IvyClan camp. "Reedtail, why don't you run ahead and tell the camp we're coming," he suggested, wanting the persistent warrior out of his fur.

Reed tail tilts her head. " but i! " reed tails words are cut of by storm leaf. " FINE! but i don't like it one bit! "
On reed tails way she hunts a little and gets a vole, nothing major but enough for the clan to be happy with... especially since she wasn't on hunting duty. as reed tail walks she starts to feel dizzy and passes out on the trail into the camp.
As reed tail sleeps she dreams of a mouse being swallowed whole by a kit. She does a blood curdling yowl that is heard all the way to the frostclan camp, " if a kit swallows a mouse! ". reed tail gets a horrified look on her face and rushes back to the camp . . . forgetting about her vole.
As reed tail comes in she looks at silent star and is given a cold gaze. " silent star you will soon have visitors from frost clan ". reedtail thinks solemnly to her self, why cant he die i think im gonna try and join frostclan . well they probably wont let me join after treating them so badly.

Seastar Seastar just got in a good deep claw mark on that Reedtail's face when Stormleaf stopped everyone from attacking. Stormleaf said he would take them to our camp. And so he did. Seastar trusted all medicine cats. All of them. They were a gift from StarClan. "She's already considered a coward in my eyes." Seastar mumbled under her breath so no one could hear as she heard Stormleaf say, "Reedtail, you must stop worrying. If you aren't careful, you may be mistaken for a coward." The camp came into view as they passed a thick barrier of ivy and a strong, leafy scent hung in the air. The barrier opened to a large clearing full of cats who were sharing tongues. Silentstar was sitting near his den glaring at Reedtail. Seastar walked up to him, dipped her head in greeting and sat while she waited for him to speak.

Reedtail slinks of to the fresh kill pile, she picks up a nice fat mouse and takes it over to seastar. she lays it at her feet saying " you can have it in place of me eating it".
reedtail keeps glancing at seastar and then at three apprentices. she gives seastar a look as if saying " will you take them to your clan? i will bring them on a patrol and i will bring a rat we will put the blood on the ground and you can slash my leg to make it look like a battle, plz "
reedtail walks over to the apprentices and licks them.

/ t i g e r p e l t \ never fight for second best The warrior was just about to give Reedtail a further piece of his mind when the she-cat yowled for the attack. Despite longing to get his claws into the FrostClan cats, he wasn't going to fight on Echospirit's orders. No fighting under her terms. Then a rustle in the bushes and a shout announced the arrival of yet another cat. Stormleaf's familiar voice cried "Stop!" and that was all it took to get Reedtail to stop fighting. Tigerpelt snorted. 'If I were fighting, not even a medicine cat's word would stop me.' "Always so arrogant." The words that Tigerpelt's lips formed might have been 'thank-you'. "It is Silentstar's decision to drive off or admit a leader who simply wants to talk, not yours!" Tigerpelt was offered further amusement when the medicine cat, a good few moons younger than the great Reedtail, leaped across the border and pulled her off of Seastar. Pity. "Stop acting like a kit! I will take you to Silentstar," the growl seemed positively tame coming from a medicine cat barely three moons out of his apprenticeship. "But don't be surprised if you get kicked out the moment he sets eyes on you."
Stormleaf muttered some more about the clan and Silentstar's rights, and it seemed that he also wanted to take the FrostClan cats in. Tigerpelt couldn't help but chuckle. Well, at least he'd have the chance to laugh at Silentstar if he were surprised by the FrostClan 'invaders'. But as it seemed that Reedtail had ruined the element of surprise, he was content to sneer at the FrostClan cats. Her voice was beginning to get on his nerves. When the cats turned for camp, Tigerpelt made certain to position himself behind the three cats. Movement through the ivy could be treacherous on any cat not used to it, and he wanted to have a good view if one of the cats tripped in the dim forest.
He almost grumbled about their sure-footedness when they arrived at camp, that arrogant leader not having fallen on her face even once. The trip had been fairly quick, and he'd been cheated out of both a chance for an attack and a chance for a bit of amusement at FrostClan's expense. Reedtail, of course, was already at camp and seemed to have brought some fresh-kill with her. How she'd managed to hunt, given the shortness of the journey and the time it took to catch anything was beyond him, and he was about to offer her a small, (albeit surprised) nod, when he saw that she was giving it to Seastar. "Reedtail, put that back on the fresh-kill pile right now," he snapped, striding over to take the mouse back if she didn't do it first. "We don't feed rats: why should we feed any other vermin that enters our camp?"

Seastar As Seastar waited for Silentstar to answer her Reedtail laid a piece of fresh-kill at her paws. A plump mouse. Seastar nodded to the warrior as if saying thank you, but she wouldn't eat it. She wouldn't dare take another clan's food from them. Reedtail kept looking from Seastar to three apprentices. Back and forth. She must be their mother. Reedtail looked desperately at her. Does she want me to take them? Seastar practically snarrled in her mind. She glared at the cat. I'm not taking them in. They belong here! If they were kits...maybe...but not the mother! Seastar firmly set her mind to it that she wouldn't have flimsy, wishy-washy cats in her clan. She couldn't count on them.

Hollowbranch Hollowbranch watched as Seastar and two warriors came into camp. As Reedtail and Tigerpelt rudely treated the FrostClan cats, Hollowbranch sighed. Did they not know how to be diplomatic? Hollowbranch lazily hauled herself up and strode towards the three cats. As she drew closer, she put on a half smile. "Good afternoon, Seastar." she said, dipping her head to the leader. "I am terribly sorry for how rude these two warriors are being." she meowed, shooting a glare at Tigerpelt and Reedtail. "Silentstar will be with you shortly. In the meantime, why don't your two warriors come with Tigerpelt and I?" she offered, trying to keep the smile on her face.

Seastar Seastar glanced at the warrior. "Thank you. But I would feel more comfortable with some kin around me." Seastar nodded to the warrior in thanks. Finally she wasn't being treated like a piece of fresh meat in this clan. She glanced around, this was a well run camp. But the cats were hunkering down. Their shoulders were hunched. Working to hard? she shook her head. She was getting impatient, she never got impatient like this. It was rare. But she wasn't going to rouse up more trouble. Even if it wasn't her fault.

/ t i g e r p e l t \ never fight for second best Tigerpelt didn't hesitate to snatch the mouse back from the leader's paws. She obviously wasn't going to touch it. 'Just as well. Reedtail might not think so, but it's just like stealing prey.' He had the mouse back on the fresh-kill pile before another word was spoken, ready for someone who actually needed it. And sat there, between Seastar and the fresh-kill pile, with his back to her. The entrance of Hollowbranch was scented rather than observed by the muscular tom, and Tigerpelt mentally shook his head as she greeted Seastar. With courtesy, of all things. He didn't really have anything against his clanmate, but that goody-two-paws tendency that she had made him twitch. Watching two apprentices, the same ones who'd been on Reedtail's hunting patrol, playing in the dust, the tom listened with amusement as Hollowbranch called Reedtail and himself rude. He snorted softly. What he'd done wasn't being rude: it was being practical. Did Hollowbranch want them all to starve this leafbare? Besides, FrostClan had their own prey and their own territory. Tigerpelt felt no need to fawn over a leader that he didn't respect. Seastar held no authority over him: only Silentstar held that. 'And not forever, if I have a say in things.'
His ears pricked, though, as he heard Seastar call the warriors she'd brought 'kin'. Were they brothers of hers? He filtered through his memories. No, they couldn't be: Seastar was thin, while Cedarwing and Ravenslash were thick as houses. And Seastar held none of the colours of the other two --he saw none of Cedarwing's red in her pelt, and she didn't have the grey or all-enveloping black that Ravenslash did. Was she trying to trick them somehow? How could it possibly benefit her to have the IvyClan warriors believe that she'd brought her kin? Unless she'd noticed the reason behind Tigerpelt's examination of them earlier... A slow grin spread across his face. Believing those two to be her kin would have been a stupid mistake, something that a cat like Seastar would expect a tom like him to make. But he wasn't stupid! She must've thought that calling these cats her kin would've prevented him from attacking them --as if Tigerpelt cared who was related to who. Amberglow's memory slammed into his thoughts, and he bared his teeth in a snarl, causing the apprentices to stop their game for a moment and flatten their ears. He wanted nothing to do with his sister. If Seastar thought that tricking him in this manner would protect her body-guards, she had another thing coming.

ECHOSPIRIT
Echospirit came over to Seastar. "Oh, you FrostClan people must be hungry! I'll get you a mouse or something." With disapproving glances from Tigerpelt, Stormleaf, and Reedtail, she snagged the mouse Tigerpelt had given back and presented it to Seastar. "There it is! Hope you like it!" she joyously exclaimed. Tigerpelt glared at her. Silentstar was sitting fairly near Seastar, and Echospirit got the impression that they needed to be alone. She padded off to check up on the apprentices, and then a thought slammed into her. She wondered how Emeraldfur, Spottedheart, and Bonepelt were doing? She hadn't thought about her siblings in a long time. For the first time in moons, her face hardened. How was Sparrowsong? She hoped that she was doing well, but for some reason, she doubted it. She saw them all at a Gathering...except Spottedheart and Sparrowsong. Where were they? She thought about what her brothers had been feeling, she was very good with feelings, and realized that Spottedheart...had died. She was dead. Part of her only bloodline, and personally, her favorite sibling, was dead. She went into the empty warrior's den and cried about her living sibling's unspoken message. But it wasn't just because of her. She had seen her brothers' feelings, and they involved sadness and longing for both Spottedheart and...Sparrowsong. They were both dead! Why would StarClan do this to her? Killing off her only true bloodline? (Bonepelt and Emeraldfur had truly come from Pineclaw; Echospirit and Spottedheart came from Sparrowsong.) She wiped the many tears off of her face, and made a foolish decision. If her only bloodline was up in StarClan, she would join them. She was going to kill herself.

Seastar Seastar raised an eyebrow towards the...strange warrior. She pushed away the mouse. I'm getting very tired from this clan. Everyone except Hollowbranch has shown some sort of disrespect! Seastar was invited to Silentstar's den to be in a more private area, so no nosy warriors can interrupt their chat.

is this still open? If so... Silentstar [/b] Silentstar padded into camp with prey hanging from his jaws. He suspected something amiss in his camp when he scented the telltale signs of FrostClan. These scents mingled with Reedtail's and Tigerpelt's, so he knew this wasn't an invasion. The dull orange tom narrowed his eyes when he recognized a familiar tortoiseshell shape sitting in the middle of camp.
"What are you doing here?" he growled, padding up. "I know this isn't for a friendly chat. Out with it." He flicked his tail in annoyance, and sat down, awaiting the enemy leader's reply.

Seastar Seastar glared at the leader. Making no move to talk,...yet. She knew that the delayed silence would anger him, and get in his head. She knew her enemies inside and out. Even those who weren't her enemies. She liked to play mind games. And she was good at it. Making a cat go crazy was no harder than catching a mouse. Finally she talked when Silentstar gave a huff. "Your clan looks as if it's missing someone. Doesn't it Silentstar?" She gazed around at the clan, clearly taking her time. "Someone's amiss. Where is your dear Duskwing?" Silentstar gazed steadily down at her. Confusion sweeping over him a little. "Oh that's right! She's with us. She warned us about you poisoning our water, dear friend." Seastar made sure to act as sickly sweet to him as Woodstripes was to her. "And by the way, she won't return to you. We have her in our clan now. And she didn't want to come back in the first place. She seems more happy in FrostClan. In a few moons after she's been taught in our ways, she may even be a mentor, maybe even add a few precious warriors to my beloved clan." She twitched her tail, making it seem as a simple gesture, but on the inside she was writhing with questions as to why a sane cat would do such a thing. "Have you any input to this Silentstar?"
